The foreign investment climate in Mexico has improved in recent years due to the actions taken by Mexico both domestically and internationally to make Mexico a more attractive place for investment. This article considers some key tax issues that are relevant in choosing the investment vehicle in Mexico that best suits the business purposes of foreign investors.
