This overview highlights the Council’s (i) identification of tax priorities by the Hungarian presidency for the second semester of 2024, as well as the discussions during ECOFIN meetings with respect to (ii) direct matters, (iii) indirect tax matters, (iv) transfer pricing issues, and (v) progress made on the UN Framework Convention on tax cooperation.
