This overview highlights the Commission’s (i) publication of the Annual Report on Taxation, (ii) decision that German special tax rules for public casinos constitute incompatible State aid and (iii) approval of amendments to the Italian scheme supporting companies in Southern Italy in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
