In this note, the authors review the key points discussed at the CFE Professional Affairs Conference 2023 held in Helsinki, Finland on 21 September 2023, including enforcement of EU (State aid) law vis-à-vis aggressive tax planning practices, tax administration 3.0 and the current and expected developments in EU and international tax policy.
