Cross references and compare functionality between EU VAT Directive and Implementing Regulation now available
On the Tax Research Platform, our version of the EU VAT Directive contained cross references empowered with compare functionality at the article (section) level between provisions in the EU VAT Directive and the domestic VAT laws of EU Member States.
We have now introduced similar functionality for the very important EU VAT Directive Implementing Regulation (282/2011).
After expanding “Implementing Regulation”, a user may choose to compare the provision of the EU VAT Directive with the corresponding provision in the Implementing Regulation or follow the hyperlink to the provision in the Implementing Regulation.
