IBFD’s response to COVID-19: Our ongoing commitment to the tax community 

IBFD serves a global tax community. We take our responsibilities towards this community, our clients and our employees seriously and would like to inform you of the actions we are taking in response to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. In the interests of safety and well-being, employees in IBFD’s Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur and Washington DC offices will be working remotely until further notice. The IBFD library, located in our Amsterdam office, is currently closed.
During this time, we realize how important it is to stay committed to delivering the reliable and up-to-date tax information that you need. All IBFD online services are available as usual, and we are also taking steps to adapt and develop our services to better support you at this time.

IBFD online training solutions continue to support your professional development
All classroom courses that were scheduled to take place before 1 September have been cancelled. For courses thereafter, we have temporarily applied a flexible cancellation policy.

The temporary pause in our journal printing and distribution has now been lifted, and you can now expect to start receiving your printed journal subscription(s), and back issues where applicable. Please kindly be aware, though, that some countries do continue to experience delivery restrictions and delays, which may impact your receipt.
