Updated practices for advance pricing agreements

The updated statement of administrative practice that was issued by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency on 16 March 2001 is discussed. It appears that the statement is providing helpful and instructive guidance to taxpayers and their advisors with respect to the process of obtaining an advance pricing agreement.
