Update on Sec. 482 services temporary regulations

In 2006, the US Treasury Department issued temporary regulations regarding the provision of intercompany services, and subsequently solicited and received numerous comments on their content and implementation. As a result of these comments, the Treasury Department has issued two additional statements providing clarifications on the Temporary Regulations and specifying services covered by the services cost method.
