Three New Swedish Direct Taxation Cases on Their Way to the ECJ

In this contribution, the author highlights three recent cases that have been sent by the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court to the ECJ for a preliminary ruling: Hirvonen (Case C-632/13), X (Case C-686/13) and a new (unnumbered) case on pension funds.
