This is the first in a new feature in the Bulletin for International Taxation, in which Brian Arnold comments on important developments regarding treaty cases, specifically, on two UK cases dealing with hybrid entities and non-discrimination, a Spanish Supreme Court case, and a French case involving the permanent establishment concept.
