Part of a comparative survey examining the commonly implemented supply chain management structures. This article also comments on tax rules, under the Canadian Income Tax Act as they may be affected by Canadian income tax treaties which are modelled broadly on the OECD Model Treaty, which impact non-residents directly carrying on Canadian activities.
