South Australian Trusts – Perpetuity Periods and Asset Protection

      This article examines the possibility of organizing trusts that are governed by South Australian law and are thus not subject to the “rule against perpetuities”. In that case, the trust’s assets – for example, a family farm, a business or shares in companies – potentially never need to vest in beneficiaries.
