On 25 and 26 September 2009 the annual seminar of the Group for Research on European and International Taxation (GREIT) was held in Amsterdam. The main topic of this year’s seminar was “Traditional and alternative routes to European tax integration”, which was explored from the point of view of primary and secondary EC law, soft law, coordination and comitology. The seminar was chaired by Prof. Dennis Weber from the University of Amsterdam. This note summarizes the proceedings of the seminar.
