Publication of 2010 Transfer Pricing Guidelines

On 28 October 2010, the Federal Ministry of Finance published Austrian Transfer Pricing Guidelines, the first domestic transfer pricing guidelines published in Austria. These Guidelines include a compilation of earlier published opinions of the Ministry of Finance with regard to certain transfer pricing issues, as well as the first interpretations with regard to other issues.
