Protection of taxpayers' rights in the courts of Austria

Examines the protection of taxpayers' rights in the independent bodies/courts in Austria, namely, the Independent Fiscal Senate, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. With respect to each body, the article explains its competence, organization and composition, and procedure and effect of its decisions.
