Proposed changes to the fiscal unity regime in the Netherlands

Draft legislation was recently proposed which codifies the standard conditions of the fiscal unity regime in the Netherlands. The draft legislation also revises and updates the regime and changes certain conditions for obtaining fiscal unity status. This article discusses the most important changes proposed.
