This overview highlights the Parliament’s (i) call for new rules to stop illicit flows of crypto assets in the European Union; (ii) examination of shortcomings of the Netherlands tax system and recommendations for tax information exchange with Pandora Papers jurisdictions; and (iii) in-depth analysis on harmful practices and competition in the area of personal income and wealth taxation.
