Must EU Merger Directive Benefits Be Made Available where EEA States Are Involved?

The author, in this article, explores a Finnish case, which has been referred to the ECJ, that addresses whether or not, in light of the fundamental freedoms enshrined in the European Economic Area Agreement, the benefits of the EU Merger Directive should be extended to European Economic Area States.
