Movements of Goods to Italy

On 6 March 2012, the Court of Justice of the European Union delivered its judgment in Dresser-Rand. In this article, the author explains that, although the judgment itself is not very spectacular, it gives an interesting insight into the way Italy has transposed various provisions of EU law into the national VAT Act.
