Ministry of Finance Releases New Draft Transfer Pricing Law

On 30 October 2009, the Ministry of Finance released the long awaited updated version of the transfer pricing draft law. As the chances of actually achieving transfer pricing reform this time around are much higher than in the past, the authors analyse the Draft Law in more detail and set out the main implications and the work that will be required to be undertaken by taxpayers.
