Article on a case of 24 May 2001, in which the Federal Court of Australia considered a case involving transfer pricing issues in Daihatsu Australia Pty Ltd v. DFC of T. Attention is paid to some of the important issues considered by the court in testing the Hickman principle which is relevant to the Daihatsu case.
