The International Hiring-Out of Labour from a Danish Perspective

This article describes the Danish tax rules for the employees of foreign enterprises who are hired out to work for Danish enterprises. The rules regarding the international hiring-out of labour were amended in 2012. The article, therefore, focuses on the new legislation, but also considers the previous rules.
