This note deals with the provisions of Finance (No. 2) Act 2010 (FA2), which became law on 27 July 2010 following the first Budget presented to the UK Parliament by Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne on behalf of the new coalition government, with the clauses constituting Finance (No. 2) Bill 2010 (FB3), which are to be enacted after Parliament reconvenes on 6 September 2010.
