This note deals with the Finance Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14, which was published on 28 March 2013. The Bill embodies proposals contained in the 2013 Budget, which was presented to Parliament on 20 March 2013, but predominately comprises other clauses that were substantially issued for consultation in advance.
