EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum : overview of pending mutual agreement procedures under EU Arbitration Convention and of advance pricing agreement possibilities

This article describes the most significant achievements of the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (EU JTPF) as regards the EU Arbitration Convention, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution procedures. The authors also consider a number of areas where further efforts are currently performed by the EU JTPF or could be envisaged.
