On 17 May 2005, the parliament enacted bill L 120 of 2 March 2005, which tightened the Danish transfer pricing rules. This article examines the new legislation: domestic transactions, exemption for small and medium-sized enterprises, penalties, documentation, cost refund, tonnage taxation, and entry into force.
