This overview highlights the Commission’s (i) publication of the opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee on the HOT proposal, as well as the opening of infringement procedures (ii) against Germany and Poland over their failure to communicate complete transposition of DAC7, and (iii) against nine Member States regarding their transposition of the Minimum Taxation Directive (2022/2523).
