A comment on "progressive taxation of non-residents and intra-EC allocation of personal tax allowances"

In a response to an article by prof. P.J. Wattel in European Taxation 6, the author suggests that if other states adopted the UK system in respect of both credits and allowances, the problems identified in that article would be considerably reduced.
