Building a More Inclusive and Effective Treaty Dispute Resolution Mechanism Based on the Belt and Road Initiative: A Constructivism Perspective

This article argues that the current treaty dispute resolution mechanism is neither effective nor inclusive. The “Community of Shared Future for Mankind” in the Belt and Road Initiative is then introduced, and its implications for a more inclusive and effective treaty dispute resolution mechanism are explored from a Constructivism perspective.
