UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling presented his 2010 Budget to Parliament on 24 March 2010 following his Pre-Budget Report (PBR) on 9 December 2009. This note deals with the Budget proposals not included in the PBR and with the Finance Act 2010 (FA) itself, which became law on 8 April 2010 in advance of the UK parliamentary general election on 6 May 2010.
