As a new Membership of the UN Tax Committee begins their first session in Geneva, a joint team of experts from IBFDWATAF FAFOA & the South Centre, Geneva examine the history of previous efforts to democratize international tax governance and identify five prospective future scenarios of the UN Tax Committee under the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation.
