Checking MLI Treaty Status Made EasyJan-14-2021

Checking the status of the applicability of the MLI to a treaty is now much easier with the new MLI Treaty Status filter.

The new MLI Treaty Status filter in the Treaties & Models collection enables you to check the following statuses for a country that is a signatory to the MLI, like for example Australia:
• Covered agreements: The tax agreements that both signatories (e.g. Australia and other contracting party) have selected as covered by the MLI.
• MLI in Force: Covered agreements for which both signatories have deposited their instruments of ratification.
• MLI in Effect: Covered agreements that have been modified using the MLI.
