Scott Wilkie is a Tax Lawyer and Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) in Toronto, Canada. His practice is primarily focused on international taxation including international corporate tax planning, transfer pricing and tax treaty and tax policy advice. He is an Adjunct Professor in International Taxation at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School, and an Executive Fellow of the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary.
In 2012, Professor Wilkie was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal to recognize his significant contributions to the work of the Canadian Tax Foundation. He participated as a member of the OECD Business Advisory Group for Business Restructurings, and has been consulted by and provided comments to the OECD over many years on various important subjects of its study. He is a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association and of the International Advisory Council of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. Professor Wilkie has published extensively in the field of international taxation.
