Noël-Faustin Kouame is Manager of the Transfer Pricing Unit with BILE-AKA, BRIZOUA-BI & Associates. Awarded the 2008 thesis prize for his work on “legal, economic and tax issues arising from transfer pricing in the strategic commodity industry” at the Université Paris-Dauphine, France, Dr Kouame is a member of the Paris Bar and a prominent tax expert in West Africa. He also holds a doctorate in business law from this prestigious university.
His multidisciplinary approach and wealth of experience in legal, tax and economic advisory services have enabled Dr Kouame to develop first class expertise not only in business-related challenges facing multinational corporations and tax authorities, but also in prospective thinking applied to tax management. Dr Kouame currently manages the transfer pricing unit with BILE-AKA, BRIZOUA-BI & Associates, a highly regarded law firm in Sub-Saharan Africa.
In addition to his advisory duties, Dr Kouame is also a lecturer at several universities. As a member of the Ivory Coast business owner association since 2015, he has been actively involved in the OECD and CREDAF working groups on the BEPS project.
