Martin Kisuu

Martin Kisuu is a Managing Partner of Taxwise Consulting, Kenya. Prior to setting up Taxwise Africa Consulting, Mr Kisuu worked at PKF Kenya Ltd as Regional Tax Partner. He has over 15 year’s tax experience in key sectors of East African Community (EAC) economies. He has also worked closely with multinationals, local companies and parastatals (including Unilever, British American Tobacco (BAT), Barrick Gold, the Rwanda Revenue Authority and the Uganda Revenue Authority), as well as donor agencies and NGOs. He is also an author and reviewer for IBFD.

Mr Kisuu is an alumnus of the Strathmore School of Accountancy (SOA), Nairobi, and a current serving member of the Strathmore University Council (SUC). On an individual basis, Mr Kisuu has featured on business news, as well as in articles in tax and other related magazines. He also contributes tax articles for local daily newspapers across the region. Mr Kisuu loves all things tax and is always ready to speak on the subject, particularly following government budget day announcements in the respective East African countries.
