Khadija Baggerman-Noudari is owner of Adreyn -Tax Consultancy, where she serves as a tax adviser and legal/financial consultant for various pan-European private equity fund investment vehicles. She is also a freelance author/editor for IBFD publications on transfer pricing and tax accounting.
Previously, Ms Baggerman was employed at, amongst others, IBFD and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has some 14 years of experience in international taxation issues, especially in the field of private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Her areas of expertise include global (re)structurings, tax due diligence, cross-border tax planning, implementation of tax-efficient structures, management of portfolio companies and financing companies, obtaining tax rulings and advising funds and multinationals on cross-border transactions including application of bilateral investment treaties and tax treaties as well as EU law. Among her clients were various multinationals, oil and gas companies, mining companies, drilling companies, private equity firms and various other funds having activities and operations in multiple jurisdictions.
Ms Baggerman holds a master's degree in Tax Law from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and has had various in-house trainings at the International Tax Center in Leiden, the Netherlands.
