Jesse Eggert is a principal in KPMG LLP’s Washington National Tax Office. Jesse advises multinational corporations regarding international tax planning and policy, with a particular focus on the international implications of US tax reform and global tax policy developments, including the OECD/G20 BEPS Project and BEPS 2.0. Prior to joining KPMG, Jesse Eggert served as a senior advisor on the OECD BEPS Project. In that capacity, he directed the group’s work on the taxation of the digital economy. He also led negotiations with over 100 jurisdictions on a multilateral instrument (MLI) to implement BEPS-related tax treaty modifications. Jesse previously served as an associate international tax counsel in the US Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy.
