Frank de Beijer is Vice President International Taxation/Attorney at law at Liberty Global Plc Amsterdam HQ, where he is responsible for managing the tax strategy for Liberty Global’s continental European operations.
Previously, Mr De Beijer worked as a tax adviser with PwC and with international law firm Baker McKenzie for several years. After that he held several positions in the telecom and cable industry as in-house tax lawyer and attorney at law. He has a extensive experience in international tax strategy, tax controversy and litigation, transfer pricing, business restructurings, tax incentives, tax policy and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr De Beijer holds a master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law, a master’s degree in American Studies and a post-graduate degree in Tax Law. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and he is also registered with the Dutch Bar Association (NOVA).
