Frank Pflüger is a partner at Baker McKenzie Germany, where he advises healthcare companies on a broad range of industry-specific topics, including clinical research (clinical trial agreements, compassionate use and early access programmes), market access (authorizations, CE marks), manufacturing (OEM/PLM arrangements), anti-bribery compliance, reimbursement, pharma/materiovigilance (recalls, advisories), advertisements, product liability (post-recall mass litigation) and regulatory aspects of M&A. His areas of practice also include hospital, pharmacy, food and cosmetics, and general medical law.
Since 2007, Mr Pflüger has been a permanent member of the legal advisory board with BVMed, the German medical devices industry association. In 2009, he was certified as a specialist solicitor for medical law. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, in 2001, he worked for several years as an assistant lecturer with the Department for Medical and Pharmaceutical Law at the University of Göttingen and legally advised the University Hospital.
