Arjo van Eijsden
Arjo van Eijsden is a Partner at EY in the Business Tax Advisory based in the Rotterdam office in the Netherlands. He is the EY Leader for the Tax Policy and Tax Controversy Network in the Netherlands, which he has led since 2007.
Mr Van Eijsden has been involved in many large, high-profile Dutch tax dispute assignments over the years, involving different forms of taxation for multinational and private clients. He has won many tax cases before both lower and higher tax courts, including the Dutch Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
Furthermore, he has many published works to his name on various topics of tax law, including in the European law context, and has written numerous articles on various controversy issues, in addition to being a regular guest speaker at conferences, courses and lectures. Mr Van Eijsden is a member of the executive board of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
