Andreas Adoe is a Lecturer at the University of Indonesia as well as a tax consultant and tax attorney. He started his career working for the Indonesian tax authorities for ten years in various positions, dealing with tax audits, objection and appeal, VAT and corporate taxation. He later joined KPMG Indonesia, where he specialized in domestic tax issues, international tax planning, tax dispute and transfer pricing. He also worked as a Senior Research Associate at IBFD for three years, focusing on Indonesian taxation and international tax training.
Mr Adoe holds a diploma in Taxation and Accounting from Indonesia’s State College of Accountancy and a bachelor degree in Accountancy from the University of Indonesia. He also has an LLM in International Taxation from European Tax College, Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
He regularly publishes on Indonesian tax issues and developments in various publications.
