Alexander Bosman is a tax lawyer at Loyens & Loeff. He advises national and multinational enterprises with regard to corporate tax and international tax law. In addition, he is a lecturer in International and European Tax Law at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam and the director of the VU Nexus Centre for Multinational Taxation, the international research centre of the Tax Law department of the Faculty of Law at VU Amsterdam.
Mr Bosman received his doctorate from VU Amsterdam in 2015. He teaches at various institutions and organizations at an academic and post-academic level and has a keen interest in the OECD Multilateral Instrument, on which he has published several articles.
