New design makes IBFD’s journals more reader-friendly
Take a look inside our journals in 2007 and you will notice significant changes. The same high-quality content is presented in a fresh new way. The result: improved readability. Clear headings, text boxes and a clearly legible typeface will guide you with ease through in-depth articles and recent developments. The new design complements the journal cover we introduced last year. Happy reading!

The purpose of the book is twofold: (i) to present an empirical study of the effects of the ECJ’s case law and (ii) to determine whether the Member States’ responses contribute to the uniform application of EC tax law.
