New chapters added to IBFD online publications
European Tax Surveys and European Tax Surveys (including Tax Treaties)
New country chapters on Belarus and Moldova have been added to these two online databases that summarize the laws and practice governing the taxation of companies and individuals in almost every European country, plus Canada and the United States. Further information
Holding Companies
A new chapter dealing with all the legal and taxation aspects that arise in the life cycle of holding companies in Sweden is added to the eleven country chapters already included in the publication. Further information
New cases and summaries added to Tax Treaty Case Law
128 summaries and 47 decisions have been added to Tax Treaty Case Law. One of the cases included is a court decision from the Supreme Arbitration Court in Russia. The database now covers in total 2,900 tax treaty court decisions and 880 summaries in English. Further information
