Ridha Hamzaoui is a Senior Research Associate at the IBFD Africa-Middle East-Caribbean Knowledge Group. He graduated from the National School of Public Treasury in France. Before joining IBFD, he worked for Horwath Tunisia, member of Horwath International, and was a senior tax advisor at the Tax Treaty Unit within the Tunisian Ministry of Finance for four years. He completed the Fundamentals and Tax Treaty courses in the International Tax Centre, University of Leiden, the Netherlands. Currently, he is also accounting manager for a large US client specialized in determining hypothetical tax calculation, expatriates’ tax obligations and estimating the overall tax cost of cross-border assignments.
