Luis Coronado
Luis Coronado is a partner with Ernst & Young based in Singapore. He has worked in Asia since March 2005 as part of his 15 years advisory experience specializing in international tax and transfer pricing issues. He has advised companies on the negotiation of bilateral APAs in his native country of Mexico, the United States, China and Japan. He is a frequent speaker at tax seminars and universities in the Americas, Asia and Europe, and was an instructor at IBFD's programme for introducing transfer pricing to Latin American governments. He frequently advises the Inter-American Development Bank on tax policy issues throughout Latin America. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and has been voted numerous times into Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers. He has a bachelor's degree in international trade and customs from Universidad Iberoamericana, and continued his education at American University, Harvard University, New York University, University of Southern California and Vienna University.
