Valéry Civilio began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1995 and is now the ITS leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg. He has experience in setting up financing structures; integrated global structuring for international groups (use of hybrid instruments, hybrid vehicles); specific responsibility for US and Canadian group structuring through Luxembourg; and e-commerce. He obtained a law degree and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Brussels University.
