• Analysis of the tax consequences of sets of facts and circumstances as presented by the client
  Assignments in the first category are generally undertaken for enterprises, tax and accounting firms and other professionals involved in cross-border situations but also for tax authorities who require specific information about a foreign tax system in order to correctly determine the domestic tax treatment of a specific situation.
• Comparative research and surveys. These are generally undertaken for policy makers, such as Ministries of finance and parliaments, who require the comparative information in the framework of policy formulation or policy reviews, but also for other stakeholders, such as employers organizations, unions and other professional organizations who wish to propose or comment on policy changes or policy reviews.
