General Course Information
Course Venues
The IBFD International Tax Academy offers courses from a number of worldwide locations, including Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Singapore. Click here for more information about the course venues.

The IBFD International Tax Academy offers courses on Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

The course fee covers participation, all course materials, lunch and refreshments. The costs of accommodation and transport are not covered.
Participants will receive an invoice for the course fee two to three weeks after registration. We accept payment either by bank transfer or credit card. Please quote the participant's name, the course code and, if available, the invoice number on all payments. Clients in Asia, the Americas, the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand will be invoiced in US dollars. Invoices issued by IBFD Asia Sdn. Bhd will only be in USD or MYR (as applicable). Payment should be made within 30 days after the invoice date, and/or before the commencement of the course. In case of late registrations, the International Tax Academy may accept later payment by prior arrangement. Our bank details:
Accommodation and Travel
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The International Tax Academy has corporate rates with hotels in Amsterdam and Kuala Lumpur; details of these hotels will be sent to participants on registration.
IBFD Membership Discount
Only full IBFD members are entitled to a 20% discount on the course fee. Please note that subscriptions to one or a selection of IBFD publications do not constitute full membership. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy - Amsterdam
Payment should be made within 30 days after the invoice date, and/or before the commencement of the course. In case of late registrations, the International Tax Academy may accept later payment by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy You may be prevented from attending a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If you notify us in writing of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event, an administration fee of 150 Euros will be charged. If notification is received within 7 to 14 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged. We regret that no refunds can be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event. An alternative participant may be substituted at any time without charge, provided that the IBFD International Tax Academy is informed in advance. IBFD International Tax Academy reserves the right to cancel an event if there is an insufficient number of registrations in which case our liability shall be restricted to a refund of any course fees paid. Cancellation notices will be sent at least 14 days in advance. IBFD International Tax Academy also reserves the right to alter published programs and speakers without prior notice. Dietary Requirements, Special Needs
Lunch and refreshment breaks are provided on all our open courses and are included in the fee. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when booking a course so we can inform our caterers. It is important that you notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions you may have. The restaurant will then try to accommodate your requirements. They can only do this with prior notice. If you have any special needs regarding access, etc., please contact us prior to the course.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance are provided to all course participants. The certificates will include the recommended CPE points and the topics covered for the course. In order to obtain a certificate, participants will be asked to sign in at the beginning of each course day to confirm their attendance.

All ITA courses are taught in English.
Dress Code
There is no dress code. Most participants wear smart casual.
