ITA Booking Information
How to register?
Just go to the current overview of tax courses and register for the course of your interest by filling in the registration form online.
Course fee
The course fees cover participation, all course materials, lunch and coffee and tea. The cost of accommodation and transport is not covered.
Procedure after registration
Whenever possible we will use e-mail for correspondence in order to communicate effectively and quickly. Therefore, please make sure that your e-mail address is stated correctly and clearly on the registration form.
You will receive a confirmation letter and an invoice. Please contact us if you have not received the confirmation letter within 5 business days of sending your registration form.
We should receive your payment before the course starts. We can accept payment either by bank transfer, credit card or cheque. Please quote the delegate's name and the course code on all payments.

Hotel accommodation
Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. You can always ask us for help in finding hotel accommodation.
Dietary requirements, special needs
Lunch and coffee/tea breaks are provided on all our courses and are included in the fee. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when booking a course so we can inform our caterers.
If you have any special needs regarding access, etc., please contact us.
Do we have your correct name and address?
We realize how irritating it can be to receive incorrectly addressed mail or multiple copies of the same brochure. We are anxious to resolve this problem, so if your details are incorrect, you receive several identical envelopes or you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please notify us by e-mail or send your address label with your amendments to:

Certificates of attendance
Certificates of attendance are provided to all course participants.
Cancellation and other registration conditions
You may be prevented from attending a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If you notify us in writing of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. We may however charge a small fee to cover the cost of processing the cancellation. If notification is received within 7 to 14 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged. We regret that no refunds can be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event.
An alternative participant may be substituted at any time without charge provided that IBFD International Tax Academy is informed in advance.
IBFD International Tax Academy reserves the right to cancel an event if there is an insufficient number of registrations in which case our liability shall be restricted to a refund of any course fees paid. Cancellation notices will be sent at least 14 days in advance. IBFD International Tax Academy also reserves the right to alter published programmes and speakers without prior notice.
Early registration recommended
As space is generally limited to 30 persons on each course, early registration for all our courses is recommended (registrations are processed on a 'first come, first served' basis).
Travel arrangements and visas
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that you check your visa requirements with your local embassy or consulate. If you need a visa, please apply in good time.
Mailing list
Information provided to us at the time of booking is held on our database and is used to communicate information on future courses to you and your organization.
